The location of the hotel was really convenient for us during Christmas. It was close to the beautiful Boise River Greenbelt, which we enjoyed walking along. Additionally, there was a Mexican restaurant nearby that we liked, although it was closed for the holiday.

One downside was that there weren't enough gluten-free options for breakfast, and we would have liked a dairy-free milk choice too. Another issue was that the room we stayed in shared a wall with the elevator, making it quite noisy throughout the day and evening.

The location of the hotel is excellent, and there is a Mexican restaurant nearby. The beds are comfortable, and the staff is helpful. The breakfast provided is very good.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the value for money was excellent - I felt like I got a lot for what I paid. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, from the beautifully maintained garden-like setting to the large windows that let in lots of natural light. The room itself was fantastic with two very comfortable queen beds and a kitchenette, perfect for families or those traveling with friends. Lastly, the breakfast was a standout feature, especially the unique pancake maker. It was a delightful start to the day.

The rooms were clean and in great condition, with responsible eco-friendly shampoo dispensers in the shower. The hotel's location was ideal, close to everything but in a quiet area. It was especially convenient for those attending events at the Bronco stadium. Moreover, there was a beautiful walking area along the river nearby. The breakfast provided a good variety of choices, including delicious hot cinnamon rolls. the best aspects of this hotel were the exceptional staff, cleanliness, convenient location, and enjoyable breakfast.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The value for money was fantastic and the room was super clean and comfy. The location was perfect, right across from a big park with electric scooters for rent. The staff treated us like family and were so friendly and professional.

The only thing that could've made the morning meal better is if there were more options for vegetarians.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Express for our appointment at St. Lukes hospital. The location was perfect and the free parking and Wifi were great. The bed was comfortable and the room had nice amenities. The staff was helpful in finding the beautiful park across the street and even allowed us to have an early check-in. We will definitely be coming back.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Boise for two nights. The hotel's location was perfect for my needs, as it was conveniently close to St. Luke's hospital. The room was clean, quiet, and had a Keurig coffee maker, which I appreciated. The staff were friendly and always pleasant, and I was impressed with their honesty when they found something I had left in the room. The hotel also had great amenities, such as soft, fluffy bedding, a spacious lobby area, and an Xbox room for my son to enjoy. We also loved the nearby park where we could rent electric scooters and watch the rafters on the river. it was a wonderful stay.

As young holiday goers, we loved the friendly and professional staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and spacious bathrooms. The pool area looked amazing, but unfortunately, the weather didn't allow us to use it. The bathroom had bottles fixed to the shower wall with shampoo and body wash, which was a nice touch. we had a great stay and enjoyed the experience.

Spacious rooms provide comfortable beds with soft and firm pillows labeled accordingly. The bathroom is nicely appointed and the breakfast selection is delicious. Nothing, it is perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was perfect - nestled in a garden like setting away from major highways. The room service was always top-notch and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job with keeping everything clean and fresh. We also appreciated the shops and commercial services offered on-site, as well as the shuttle service that made getting around so easy. The amenities in the room were lovely, particularly the ironing facilities and the tea and coffee-making equipment.

Highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay, with excellent service and plenty of great amenities available.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, especially Christian and Caitlin, were incredibly kind and helpful. The room was spacious, comfortable, and immaculately clean. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, including a pancake machine and Chobani Greek yogurt. The location was perfect, close to downtown but still quiet, and we enjoyed walking along the river nearby.
