The hotel was conveniently located close to Newport Beach and shopping areas, making it easy to explore and enjoy the city. The staff, especially Diego, were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided was pretty good, offering a variety of options to start the day on a positive note.

One drawback was the air conditioning unit under the window, which was a bit old and noisy, affecting the overall tranquility of the room. Additionally, the parking situation was a bit challenging, especially when returning late at night, as there was limited space available.

The room was spacious, with a comfortable king bed and a separate sofa area. The bathroom was a good size as well. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the staff on the first night were very friendly. The bed, sheets, and pillows were all incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
