I had a nice stay at Holiday Inn. the hotel was clean, and the food was amazing! the location is great, close to the Galleria, and the rooms are a good size. Overall, the experience was welcoming and pleasant.

No hairdryer available. Sink had no hot water.

I stayed for two nights while visiting the city for business, and I was thoroughly impressed! the rooms were exceptionally clean, and their wonderful scent added a nice touch. the friendly cleaning staff made my experience even better, as did the welcoming front desk team. the food in the hotel was amazing, and I enjoyed the perfect location near the Galleria, making it convenient to explore. It was a bonus to meet the General Manager, who was incredibly personable and down-to-earth.

Can just recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely romantic escape! The location was perfect, just a short drive to the Galleria, making shopping and dining super convenient. The room size was spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax. Plus, the air conditioning worked like a charm, keeping it nice and cool during our stay. Sadly, our experience was marred by some issues in the room. The furniture felt a little worn and stained, and we encountered some plumbing problems.

I had a great value for my money with a clean and comfortable room. the location was fantastic, and the staff, especially the front desk lady, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Prime location in private area near party scene. Attentive and friendly staff. Selection of breakfast items including eggs, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, fruit, and pastries. Comfortable bed and effective air conditioning for quiet Sunday night rest. Clear communication about renovations would improve the stay.

The hotel offered complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi which was a great plus. the location was conveniently located close to a variety of restaurants and shopping areas. the hotel had a nice fitness center which was a perfect way to kickstart my new year's resolutions.

The hotel was under renovations and some aspects of the hotel were inconveniently affected. the elevators were out of order which made getting to my room on a higher floor an unnecessary struggle.

This hotel offers great value for money. The rooms with double queen beds were spacious and comfortable, with effective AC even at 69. In addition, the breakfast was tasty and offered a good variety of options to choose from.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was wonderful.
