I had an exceptional stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The feeling of safety as a single woman traveling alone was unparalleled. I felt 100% safe and secure throughout my entire stay. The hotel's commitment to providing a secure environment truly impressed me.

Although I must mention that the single-use plastics at breakfast were wasteful, this was a minor drawback compared to all the positives of my stay.

The hotel had a great breakfast with low-fat options, bagels, and yogurt. The room was clean, and the bathroom was updated and pleasant. The staff at the first Holiday Inn I went to were helpful, and I quickly got to the correct hotel. There were Keurig coffee makers in the room, and the area had lots of shopping options. As friends who enjoy going out at night, we felt safe and secure in the hotel.

The room was clean and spacious. the bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. the hotel staff at the breakfast area were friendly and accommodating.

The reception personnel were rude at checkout, rushing us to leave before the designated time. the back and side doors were useless as the magnetic readers didn't work, causing inconvenience if using those entrances.

Loved the modern and clean room with no clutter. The contemporary furniture and spacious feel was amazing. A slope for the luggage cart or a lower cart would be great, had a scary moment when the cart knocked me in the forehead. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting MA. it was a fantastic stay.
