I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Colorado Springs. The front desk manager was incredibly helpful and provided excellent customer service throughout my visit. He even recommended an amazing restaurant that I ended up dining at both nights of my stay. The room I stayed in was very clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed, including a microwave and refrigerator. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with freshly made scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, and a nice selection of cereal and fresh fruit. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, offering great advice on local attractions. I had a pleasant experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

As older guests, we were delighted with our stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Colorado Springs Central. The staff were extremely helpful and always eager to assist us. We requested a quiet room, and the reception staff were incredibly accommodating. Our spacious room provided us with a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a variety of hot items, cereals, and bread. The hotel's location was excellent, just off the Interstate and close to all the nearby attractions. The wifi was also reliable. We would definitely stay here again.

Great for Family: the hotel offered a spacious suite that was perfect for our family of 5. the bed was surprisingly comfortable, with supportive yet soft bedding. the room had all the necessary amenities, including 2 TVs, a mini fridge, microwave, and kitchen sink. the breakfast was better than expected, with a variety of options including 3 egg choices and 2 sausage choices. We loved the convenience of the pool, hot tub, and open shower area.

Visiting family: Although the staff was helpful and accommodating, we noticed that the area inside and outside the elevator was consistently wet. This posed a safety concern, although caution cones were placed.

Our accessible ♿ room on the third floor was spacious, close to the elevator, and offered a great view of the snow-capped mountain peaks. The indoor pool and hot tub were a highlight, and the hotel also provided free parking.

The accessible room was conveniently located close to the elevator, and the suite-size room offered a great view of the snow-capped mountains.
