our valentine's day stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations. having stayed in columbia before, we were pleasantly surprised by the spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and perfect room temperature at holiday inn express. the location made it easy to access the base for our son's graduation from fort jackson. the friendly staff and the king suite with a separate area for our daughter were ideal for our needs.

During my recent stay at Holiday Inn Express, I was pleasantly surprised by the ample supply of extra towels and washcloths in our room. It was a thoughtful touch that ensured our comfort during our stay. The free breakfast provided by the hotel was also a highlight, with a great selection of delicious options. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

One particular situation that stood out to me was when we requested a later check-out time of 3pm. Although the hotel wanted to charge us for the extended time, this was not my previous experience with other Holiday Inn locations.
