The hotel offered excellent service from the friendly and professional staff. the ballroom was impressive, and the hotel went above and beyond to make our event special. the bartender was top-notch, providing excellent hospitality with attention to detail. the location of the hotel was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions.

My room had a few issues. the air conditioning was not functional, and despite notifying the front desk, there was no resolution offered.
