The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to downtown and nearby shopping options. The staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast provided a good variety of options to choose from.

Compared to other nearby hotels, the prices were higher and the amenities were not exceptional. It would have been nice if the mattresses were more comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and communal areas really impressed us. The hotel facilities, including the beautiful gym and clean pool, were top-notch. The location of the hotel was also great as it was not too far from downtown and conveniently close to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The breakfast provided was amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from, and we were especially happy with the safety measures in place, such as individually wrapped items. The staff were efficient, polite, and friendly, making our experience even better.

The hotel had no damage from the recent flooding and was open for business as usual. Despite the circumstances, the staff maintained their exceptional levels of cleanliness and service. The location is fantastic, close to downtown Houghton and surrounded by numerous restaurants. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, with comfortable beds and all the basic amenities you need for a pleasant stay. The individually wrapped items and the coffee/tea bar in the lobby were a nice touch.

Everything was in very good repair, no improvements needed.

This hotel is conveniently located close to downtown and is perfect for those visiting the Houghton area on business. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a king-sized bed and good signal strength for electronics. The breakfast offered a nice variety, including hot options that were included in the price.

No improvement needed, everything was satisfactory.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place! It is super close to everything we needed and it's conveniently located next to numerous restaurants. The room amenities were amazing, including a sitting area, a microwave and refrigerator, flat-screen TV, and an air conditioning unit. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job making sure everything was clean and fresh. We appreciated the 24-hour reception and the on-site car park. The fitness centre and indoor swimming pool were a nice touch too!

We had a little trouble with our reservation, but the staff took care of it promptly. We would recommend this hotel to all travelers.
