We stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Elgin for three nights while visiting Sherwood Forest Faire. The location was perfect, as it was close to the fairgrounds. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive, from the front desk to the housekeeping team. They made us feel welcomed and at ease, especially during a difficult time when we were attending a funeral. The included breakfast was a bonus, saving us time in the morning. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

During my visit in Elgin, I enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's location. It was close to Sherwood Forest Faire, which was a key attraction for me. Additionally, having breakfast included was a great advantage as it saved me time in the morning. the breakfast offered a good variety of options that satisfied my appetite and set me up for the day.

Although there were some positives, there were also some aspects of my stay that left me disappointed. the room I booked was not as advertised.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with fresh and clean smelling rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding, with hot and fresh food. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool, were well-maintained. The location was convenient, between Austin and Houston, TX, and only a 15-minute drive from Manor.
