The hotel is centrally located, close to food street and Vondel Park. Easy access to transportation options like tram, bus, and boat stops. The staff is exceptionally helpful, especially when it comes to lost luggage. The rooms are comfortable and the bathroom is lovely with a nice shower.

The staff spoke multiple languages and were extremely friendly and helpful. They had all the answers to my questions and made me feel welcome. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and my room was unique and fun, with a great view of a beautiful street. The location was perfect, just outside of the outer canal and very close to the center, yet still in a quiet area. I didn't need to use trams or buses because everything was within walking distance. The hotel facilities were great, with big closets, a comfortable bed, and plenty of outlets at the desk. I had a wonderful experience.

The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the room service and the option to hire a bicycle to explore the area.

My stay at Catalonia was absolutely amazing. The location was ideal, with everything I wanted to see and do close by. The room I stayed in was very spacious and had a large bathroom. The bathroom even had a heated floor, which was a nice touch. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Samantha, in particular, was exceptional in handling a miscommunication with my room reservation. Despite not having a twin-bedded room available, she arranged for me to stay at their sister hotel in a twin-bedded junior suite. They even provided a taxi for the transfer and served me a drink while I waited. The service was truly exceptional, and I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely family stay in an amazing area close to Vondel Park and museums. It was easy to get around and access everything we needed. The breakfast was good and the staff was nice to us. We enjoyed a good internet connection and a clean room with everything we needed. Besides, the bus stop near the hotel was convenient to get to-and-from the airport.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say it was a pleasant experience. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is situated in a quiet street near all the main art galleries. The hotel has got all the facilities one needs when travelling including room service, car hire, dry cleaning, bicycle hire, housekeeping, laundry. The leisure/TV room and facilities were fantastic as well and the staff are more than happy to help if you ring down to reception for a request during day-shift.
