We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were very courteous and the rooms had good attention to detail. We really appreciated the roll away table that fit under the desk - it allowed us to dine in our room on a generous sized table. The location was perfect for the event we were attending.

Clean rooms with sliding glass doors for light. Requested room facing courtyard and got it. Onsite laundry with cash only. Good choice for Fresno stay. Brand new room with roll-away table for dining. Each had own workspace. Booked king bed with pull-out sofa, got two queens and pack and play. Staff moderately helpful.

My stay at the hotel was amazing. The bed was very comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was great. Even though the hotel was near a busy street, the soundproof windows blocked out all the noise. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great romantic escape at this hotel. the staff was very friendly and helpful, and we appreciated being able to communicate with them through the app. the room was nicely decorated and clean, and the bed was comfortable. the location was also convenient, with key attractions and amenities within close proximity. we had a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

There were a couple of negative aspects to our experience. there was no free breakfast provided, which was a disappointment.

The hotel's location was great, with easy access to Fashion Fair mall and a variety of restaurants and shopping areas. It was also conveniently located near the airport and an event we were attending. The room was clean, basic and had good housekeeping service. The breakfast was not included but had a variety of foods available.

The noise level in the hallways was high, and we were woken up by loud slamming doors early in the morning.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was top-notch, with newly updated rooms that were spotless. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a beautiful courtyard where I enjoyed sitting outside with a drink from the bar. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and a short drive to Clovis for an event the next day.

While all was commendable, it would be great if the hotel had better signage along the main road, as it was a bit easy to miss. Nevertheless, this small issue did not overshadow the overall positive experience at this hotel.

The bed was comfortable, similar to my Tempur-Pedic at home. Water pressure and shower head were satisfying. Room was spacious with a sofa, chair, and desk. Quiet atmosphere, felt secure. Convenient location near the freeway.
