Service at the pool area could have been better.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Great Falls for a family vacation. The staff, from the friendly front desk to the attentive breakfast attendant, were fantastic. Despite being short-staffed, the room attendants did a great job in keeping everything clean. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers a shuttle service. The heated pool was a hit with my kids, and the front desk clerk was extremely polite. a clean hotel with a large aquatic center and a delicious hot breakfast.

The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the breakfast offered was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. One of the best aspects was the convenient location, right off the interstate and within walking distance to shopping and dining. It was also great to have extended parking included, which was a bonus for those traveling with a car.

That the pool, including the kiddy pool, was too cold. It would have been nice if the water temperature was warmer for a more enjoyable swimming experience.

It is unfortunate that there were noise disturbances caused by inconsiderate guests during one stay.

Great breakfast, but disappointed no tip jar for hardworking staff. Kids loved the pool and water slide. Comfy beds. Quiet room given as requested. Convenient location off I-15. Staff adjusted check-in time for a funeral. Polite, attentive, and pleasant.
