We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast options at Holiday Inn Express. The spread was delicious and had a variety of choices. The woman on staff who prepared it was friendly and did an amazing job. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we even considered asking about the mattress because it was so good. Additionally, the hotel went above and beyond by serving lemonade and cookies, which was a nice touch.

While there were a few minor inconveniences, such as a slight delay in check-in and some stains on the hallway carpets and tiles, these issues were not significant enough to greatly impact our overall experience.

During my xmas stay, I really liked the convenient location of this hotel. It was close to my daughter's house and allowed us to easily visit her during the holidays. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were very nice and cordial, which made our stay more enjoyable.

There were a few aspects that I disliked about this hotel. upon arrival, there was no staff at the front desk and we had to wait for 13 minutes before someone arrived.
