During my stay, I found the hotel staff to be extremely friendly and helpful, particularly a lady named Carol who went above and beyond to assist me. The breakfast served was excellent and I was pleased to find that the coffee was of high quality. I appreciated the convenience of being able to help myself to coffee at any time from the coffee point. The cleanliness of the rooms was satisfactory, and I had no issues with the daily cleaning done by the housekeeping staff. Additionally, the hotel offered free use of the business center and had WiFi available throughout the premises, which made it easy for me to stay connected.

This hotel is in a great location, close to many restaurants in Katy area with lots of options to choose from. The staff was very friendly, attentive and provided great service. The breakfast had a great variety and tasted very good. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a good ac unit that kept us cool during our stay.
