Friendly staff, spacious room with excellent kitchen, dining and seating areas. Complimentary bottled water. Exceptional breakfast buffet with non-dairy alternatives. Unusual and delicious cocktails at the bar.

Our recent stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable. The spacious 2-bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms was perfect for our family. The mini kitchen and in-room washer/dryer were convenient amenities. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary bottles of water in the fridge. The breakfast at the Corner Room was delicious and satisfying. Despite not having the chance to use it, the basement pool seemed like a nice addition. There were also some interesting nearby restaurants to explore.

As foreign tourists, we loved the fantastic staff who were down to earth and friendly. The upgrade on our second stay was incredible, and the facilities were excellent. The location was perfect for our plans, and the rooms were spacious and well-lit. We also appreciated the milk fridge in the lobby and enjoyed interacting with "Dizzy" the friendly dog. the hotel provided great value for money and we would highly recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay at a well-equipped studio in Town Hall. the kitchenette was convenient, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom with a glass wall was a unique touch. the sustainable design, incorporating vintage furniture, was a nice touch. I enjoyed the option of having breakfast delivered to my room, and the staff was personable and attentive. the location, with easy access to the tube station, was ideal for visiting family. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for me. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the clean and well-appointed rooms. The location was vibrant and fun, with a shop conveniently located across the street. The hotel also provided parking, without any congestion charge to worry about. The breakfast here was great, and I loved the fact that it was included in the price. I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The one-bedroom apartment was perfect! Comfortable bed, great bath and shower, ample wardrobe space, complimentary coffee and tea, rich variety for breakfast, 19th century charm with modern touch.

The service was far from stellar. the staff seemed to be confused and weren't always quick to get back to you.

Luxurious amenities were overflowing. We all enjoyed the in-room breakfast service, catered specifically to our dietary preferences. the heated indoor swimming pool and snack bar were an added bonus. Location was prime, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions.

Only one small issue - limited parking space was a slight inconvenience.
