Lovely design, very clean. Best Hyatt resort in Southeast Asia. Good breakfast, good service. Great beach, beautiful, private, clean white sand. Pleasant room with awesome view and perfect condition. Good swimming pool, sauna. Delicious breakfast buffet. Close to airport and easy access to HoiAn with shuttle bus. Birthday surprise was lovely.

A perfect romantic escape! the breakfast and dinner spreads were delicious, and included vegetarian options. the beautiful beach was just a short walk away, and perfect for afternoon strolls. the staff were very friendly and attentive.

We noticed some minor maintenance issues in our room, such as a small dent in the wall and a slightly wobbly table. However, these did not detract from our overall experience and we would certainly recommend this resort to other couples looking for a romantic getaway.

I had a wonderful stay at a beautiful resort right on the beach. The villa I stayed in was spacious with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The private pool had a stunning view of the ocean, and the main resort pool was also impressive. The Regency Club lounge offered a fantastic selection of food and drinks, and the staff were attentive and helpful. There were plenty of facilities, including a gym, jacuzzis, and sauna. The location was perfect, with the beach just steps away.

The kids club could use more facilities and an open space playground for the children to enjoy.

As foreign tourists, we loved the amazing sea view from the room and enjoyed hearing the soothing sound of the waves. The spacious room with a balcony and sitting area was perfect for us. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the room service was prompt. The beach, just steps away, was beautiful with fine sand, great for long walks or a run. The resort had good amenities and the spa service was excellent. Special thanks to Tracy and the friendly bellman for their personalized and attentive service.
