I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's sleep after a long day on the road. The check-in process was amazingly quick, making it the fastest check-in experience I've ever had. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with nice facilities. The location was great, with nearby restaurants and shopping options. Additionally, the hotel's connection to the conference center was convenient.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. From Melady at the front desk to Kathy at breakfast, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with great climate control. We also appreciated the convenient location, within walking distance of good restaurants and with plenty of lights in the parking lot for safety.

One downside was the noise from the air conditioner in the middle of the night, although this seems to be a common issue in many hotels. Additionally, it was inconvenient that the only ice machine was located on the third floor.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Manchester for one night as a stopover on our road trip from Florida to Wisconsin. Clean and comfortable rooms, with a spacious layout that was perfect for families. the hotel had friendly and helpful staff, and the front desk personnel were especially sweet. the location was excellent, being conveniently situated near the freeway and other amenities. Plus, having a Starbucks nearby was an added bonus for coffee lovers like myself.

The check, in process was extremely slow and frustrating due to a lack of foresight on behalf of the management. This resulted in a two, hour wait for guests, which was unacceptable.

We loved the variety in the breakfast options, especially the turkey sausage. The connected conference center was convenient for our larger group of friends.

The hotel had easy access and parking for our truck/trailer. The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable king bed. The free breakfast offered a wide variety of options including eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast. Plus, there were additional amenities like coffee, a mini fridge, microwave.

During checkout, we were surprised to find a $30 accommodation fee added to our credit card. We contacted corporate, but they failed to resolve the issue or have the hotel management follow up with us.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. We loved the room-darkening blinds that allowed us to rest well. The hotel also provided a great hot breakfast and the lobby had hot, fresh cookies, lemonade, and water. It was a perfect place for us to relax and visit with our large group.
