the breakfast was an absolute travesty. the proteins ran out so they just tossed in sad potato wedges. and don't get me started on the pillows, they smelled like well, let’s say, not clean. i really thought someone would offer me a room upgrade considering the appalling state of things, but i guess that’s just not how they roll here.

Room cleanliness could use major attention!!! We found food remnants under furniture, and the deadbolt didn’t work properly. The elevator certification being expired is also concerning!!! The ice machine and some amenities were out of service!!!

However, I encountered serious issues with noise disturbances from the room above me that made sleep nearly impossible. Additionally, the breakfast setup was lacking, with some items like fruit being past their prime, and it was a bummer that the breakfast options were inconsistent. Walls seemed paper-thin, which made privacy and relaxation difficult. The lack of daily housekeeping was also disappointing, as my room could have used a vacuum and fresh towels during my stay.

Chaos with a side of flies

Checked in for a wedding and things went downhill fast. Luggage cart had flat tires, and the internet was down the whole stay. The breakfast area was a disaster. flies everywhere! Staff said they were working on fixing stuff but kinda felt like they'd just give us the runaround. Not sure I’d stay here again.
