While I appreciated the overall cleanliness, the entryway to the building had a stale smell that was quite off-putting. It greeted me every time I entered or exited, which detracted from the otherwise pleasant stay. Additionally, at times the parking situation felt a bit tricky during peak hours, especially with the motel being busy in the evenings.

this place had a stale smell like they haven't cleaned the rugs in ages. absolutely terrible. also, the staff couldn’t manage not to broadcast my family’s room number—like I wanted other guests to know where my granddaughter was. i mean, am i not special enough for an upgrade or complimentary snack? could have given it a decent rating, but just couldn’t.

It is a charming getaway with exceptionally clean rooms and attentive staff, and lovely outdoor spaces for relaxation!

Had an awesome stay! The location was spot on – close to the beach and eateries. The pool was refreshing and my daughter loved it! Staff were super friendly and accommodated all our requests. Only bummer was the parking, which got a bit tight after dinner with everyone coming back. But honestly, everything else made up for it!

We loved the location, so close to everything we wanted to do. We spent lovely afternoons at the beach and took a stroll to the Stage Harbor Lighthouse. Great value overall!

I had a cozy stay in Chatham! The room was super clean with a comfy king-sized bed and included a nice coffee maker. The pool was a great spot to unwind at the end of the day. Just wish the noise from the refrigerator was quieter! I'd definitely consider returning.

we returned for our annual trip to chatham and this motel exceeded our expectations. from the spotless room to the accommodating staff, every detail made our stay incredibly relaxing. the proximity to the beach and local attractions just added to the experience.
