Friendly staff made check-in a breeze.

I was utterly frustrated with the noise levels in my room. It felt like I was in the middle of a busy corridor with constant foot traffic and no peace in sight. The bathroom also lacked an exhaust fan, causing a sticky humidity that made the experience all the more uncomfortable. I expected better from such a reputable hotel!
