I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Vineland for a weekend getaway. Kyme, one of the hotel staff, went above and beyond to take care of me during my stay. She assisted me with breakfast both mornings and even returned my forgotten Kindle to me at checkout. The beds were comfortable and clean, and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. The hotel's wifi worked better than any other hotel I've stayed in before. I also loved the convenience of having a mall right next door and plenty of food options for takeout nearby.

My stay was for three nights and I was impressed with several aspects of the hotel. the value for the rate was excellent; I felt I got my money's worth. Secondly, the size of the room was generous, providing ample space to work and relax. Additionally, the cleanliness of both the room and the facilities was top-notch. The staff deserves special mention as they were friendly and welcoming, acknowledging us in the hallways and lobbies. Even the custodial staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Lastly, the location was ideal with a variety of restaurants and the Cumberland Mall nearby.

Noisy guests in neighboring rooms caused an unpleasant and disruptive experience. Management failed to address the noise issue effectively, resulting in dissatisfaction.

Kyme provided exceptional service, helping us with breakfast and even returning a forgotten item to us at checkout. we had a fantastic experience here and would definitely stay here again when in the southern New Jersey area.

I must say, my stay at this hotel was fantastic! The beds were extremely comfortable and the pillows were amazing. The room and bathroom were modern and clean, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was impressive, with a variety of options available and everything being replenished regularly. I especially loved the pool and hot tub, they were in great condition and towels were provided. Lastly, the staff were absolutely wonderful, always friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again!
