Wonderful hotel, amazing breakfast, attentive staff, tranquil location, great spa.

Well-designed, spacious rooms with great amenities and comfortable beds. Attentive and friendly staff who provide early check-in and complimentary coffee. Fantastic spa and pool with amazing massages. Smooth check-in process. Will definitely return for a peaceful and relaxing stay.

We loved the welcoming staff, especially Nubia, Leonardo, Enzo, Kimberly, and Kathleen. The room was great with a balcony and live music. The spa, yoga/meditation, and room service were excellent. The gym and taxi service were convenient for us.

Christmas at this hotel was a fantastic experience! the staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home. the room was spacious and well, equipped, and the bathroom had a perfect shower. the hotel's key location allowed us to enjoy beautiful views from our room and explore nearby attractions easily. the pool was clean and refreshing, and the breakfast was amazing. We also loved the attentive staff who provided complimentary coffee and allowed us an early check, in.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. There was no place to run outdoors, which was a bit disappointing.

We had a fantastic 10-day stay at The Santa Maria. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, although there were sometimes long lines. The pool and pool staff were excellent, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The room was comfortable and the location, although a bit awkward, was close to the airport. Valet parking and free WiFi were also a plus. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

During my Easter vacation, I had a fantastic experience at a luxury hotel in Panama City. the hotel was incredibly clean, and the staff was very kind and helpful. I especially enjoyed the amazing view from my spacious room and the perfect shower in the bathroom. Additionally, the hotel offered a beautiful swimming pool where I could relax and cool off after a day of exploring.

There were a couple of things that I didn't particularly like during my stay. the food and drink prices at the hotel were quite expensive compared to other places I visited in Panama.
