My recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express was fantastic! The room I stayed in was immaculate and felt like a home away from home. The complimentary water at check-in and check-out was a thoughtful touch. The staff, especially Stephanie at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect for my visit to West Point. Despite a small issue with cold eggs at breakfast, the selection was great and the coffee was hot. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Fort Montgomery for a weekend getaway. The king suite with a jacuzzi tub was worth it, and the spaciousness of the room was great. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The round the clock coffee in the lobby was a nice touch, and the breakfast choices in the morning were phenomenal. The atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant, with mostly families and no loud parties at 3am. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

I had the best stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond in terms of customer service. Mary was incredibly helpful and even called restaurants for us when we were struggling to find something to eat late at night. She even made us a goody bag with water and nuts until our food arrived. The price was great, and the free breakfast was a fantastic bonus. Unlike another hotel we stayed at the night before, this one had a wonderful indoor pool and a great breakfast selection. It's perfect for families with small children, just like mine!
