Staff friendly, room spacious & comfortable, great wifi, nice decor, well-maintained property, feels like an expensive hotel.

The breakfast options included omlet, pork sausages, fruit, cinnamon rolls, milk. The room and bath room were spotless. The ice machines on the main & 3rd floor worked perfectly. The parking area was well lighted. The staff was very friendly and the wifi was great. The decor and entire property were well maintained.

The exterior of the alternative hotel was unappealing, so I tried Holiday Inn Express, closer to my workplace. Check-in had some issues, but the front desk staff quickly resolved them and even lent me a phone charger. The room was beautiful and clean, with comfortable seating and plenty of outlets. The bed was great, and customer service was polite. Loved our stay!

Our family with 2 small kids had a fantastic stay. The staff, especially the lady with long dark hair, was incredibly friendly and helpful. They upgraded us to a much better room, which was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The hotel had great amenities such as free Wi-Fi, and the property was well-maintained. We felt like we were staying in a more expensive hotel, but at a great value for the money.

There were a couple of minor issues that affected my experience. One of the bath towels in the bathroom was dirty, which was disappointing.
