Had a great time with friends at this hotel! We enjoyed some skiing at Hyland Ski and Snowboard Area and hit the greens at Braemar Golf Course. The bar staff was super friendly, making our evenings fun. Definitely try the room service – it was quick and delicious.

One downside was the bar area. it felt a bit cramped and not very inviting for hanging out. Still, it didn't ruin our overall experience!

Staying at the JW Marriott was fantastic! Our room was quiet, spacious, and perfectly clean. The quick access to the Mall of America made shopping effortless, and breakfast was delightful. Even when we had to call for extra soaps and towels, the staff were prompt and friendly.

The location was unbeatable—right next to the Mall of America, making shopping incredibly convenient.

Food was extremely expensive. for example, one egg cost $10, which felt overly priced.

The staff was amazing. When we arrived, a kind woman called Abigail made us feel right at home, explaining everything since it was our first time there. Also, my daughter was in tears and this friendly guy at the front desk found her a sparkly bandaid, turned her whole mood around. That kind of attention and care made it special.

It wasn’t inexpensive but you really get what you pay for, so it was acceptable.

However, the pool felt more like a bathtub for kids. Also, I think some decor pieces were auditioning for a 'most boring hotel' competition.

Although the pool was disappointing, especially because it felt more like a kids' area, the overall experience was pleasant with decent food at the restaurant.

It was just a great fit for a whistle-stop in Bloomington with outstanding value. The valet service was fantastic, making arrivals and departures smooth and quick. Make sure to plan your breakfast timing. it gets busy!

It was just a well-suited match for a couple of nights in Bloomington with reasonable price. The restaurant downstairs had good food that was enjoyable. Book a room on a higher floor for a quieter experience.

Despite some minor setbacks, the staff was consistently polite and professional throughout our stay.

Loved the huge lobby with ample sitting areas! The underground parking was a lifesaver in winter, and the spacious rooms made our shopping trip so enjoyable. Can't wait to return!
