The room had a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and a nice view. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were friendly and attentive. a pleasant stay with no complaints.

The hotel had a recently renovated feel, with new and fresh amenities. The pool and spa were heated nicely, perfect for a December visit. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The location was centrally located near Palm Springs and Palm Desert, making it convenient for exploring the area. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of options, and the all-day coffee and tea were a nice touch.

The bathroom lacked a fan and the tile molding was breaking apart. The noise from the nearby exit door and loud guests in adjoining rooms was a bit disruptive.

the breakfast was delicious and the pool was a good size. the beds were extremely comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. I especially enjoyed the excellent air conditioner in the room, which kept me cool throughout my stay. the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and I loved the nice view of the pool from my room.

Great mountain views from the pool area, especially at sunset. The scenery was breathtaking and made for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The hotel staff was very friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. They were helpful and accommodating, making us feel welcome and attended to. The spacious rooms were a pleasant surprise, with tall ceilings that made them feel even more roomy. It was a comfortable and cozy space to relax in during our Christmas vacation.

The hallway carpets were stained and in need of replacing. It was not the best first impression upon entering the hotel and detracted from an otherwise clean and well-maintained property.

During my stay at Hampton Inn & Suites, I experienced exceptional service from the desk clerk. Despite a reservation mix-up, he quickly resolved the issue and even upgraded our room to make up for the inconvenience. The level of customer service was outstanding!

They even upgraded my room in response to a reservation oversight. The location was convenient and the included breakfast was better than other budget properties. I will definitely stay here again.

My recent stay at a hotel in Cathedral City was fantastic! The facility was incredibly friendly and clean, and the rooms were top-notch. I especially loved the amenities like the coffee maker, microwave, and fridge in the room. The peaceful atmosphere made for a restful sleep, and I never heard any noise from other guests. The complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The heated pool was a hit with my kids, who had a blast swimming. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely consider staying at similar hotels on future vacations.

The hotel's location was perfect for our visit to Coachella, and the rooms, although standard, were clean and comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located near shopping and had friendly staff. the rooms were modern and spacious, with a separate seating area and amenities like a wet bar and small refrigerator. the pool area was beautiful and offered a great view of the nearby mountains.

The rooms were not soundproofed well and noise from the adjacent rooms could be heard clearly. This made it difficult to sleep peacefully and enjoy a relaxing vacation.
