We had a wonderful time during our stay! The breakfast area was bright and cheerful, with a wall of windows overlooking the indoor pool, which created a lovely atmosphere. The breakfast spread was impressive with a variety of delicious options, including fresh pancakes and warm scrambled eggs. The cozy sitting area in our room was perfect for lounging together after a long day, making our family feel at home.

I was disappointed with the lack of customer service during my stay. Despite my request for a late check-out due to a family event, I was only granted until noon, which was not helpful. Additionally, the TV remote in my room didn't work, and my repeated notes to housekeeping went unanswered, hindering my ability to catch evening games. I expected better attention to details from the staff, especially given the circumstances of my visit.

I had a very clean room with a comfy mattress that, yeah, it felt nice even if a little soft for my liking,, and the breakfast was hot and fresh, not like the cheap stuff you see at some places. The staff was friendly too, especially during breakfast,, they kept things moving and made sure everything was refilled quickly.

It was a bit pricey, but still acceptable for what you get on the way to where you’re going.

During my stay in a King Room, Mobility Access Tub, Non-Smoking, I was truly impressed by the thorough cleanliness of the entire hotel. Breakfast was a delightful treat with a variety of options, and the accommodating staff made every meal enjoyable. The indoor swimming pool offered a perfect way to unwind after a busy day. it felt like my personal oasis!

I had a delightful stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Janesville! The King Room I stayed in was very clean and had a cozy sitting area where I could relax after a long day. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a great variety of options, and the staff member attending to breakfast was incredibly friendly, making each meal feel special. We also had a happy hour, which added a nice touch to our evenings. Overall, a pleasant experience that I'd happily recommend!

We enjoyed our stay with plenty of breakfast options, and the friendly staff made everything feel welcoming. We spent some time at nearby Traxler Park, where the kids loved running around and exploring the beautiful open spaces.

My kids wished the pool area was cleaner, as there was debris floating around.
