the staff was definitely not helpful at all, especially that one girl at the reception who obviousely hated her job. And don’t even get me started on the noise level, it was absolutely ridiculous! I was expecting a complimentary gesture for my inconvenience, but of course, that didn’t happen. so disappointing, I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

Room cleaning was daily and very thorough.

The location was truly fantastic and within walking distance to many attractions! Breakfast had plenty of options, and the helpful staff made a difference, especially Emmanuel and Myra.

I had a fantastic stay! Super comfortable bed and the breakfast was surprisingly good compared to what I expected. Just wish the AC unit was quieter! I'd totally come back.

The hotel is a gem for weekend travelers like me, just a few steps from the iconic times square and a short walk to the breathtaking central park, making it super easy to enjoy the sights and natural beauty of the city while staying comfortable and supported by friendly staff. it’s definitely a great option if you just need a cozy spot to relax after a long day of exploring, but the reception area felt a bit cramped at times and could use more space for guests checking in and out.

The location was exceptional, just a short walk away from major tourist attractions, making sightseeing a breeze. Breakfast offered a satisfying variety, and the option to grab a brown bag for later was a nice touch. However, navigating the cramped room proved challenging, especially with the shower's drainage issue that left water lingering longer than desired. The staff's willingness to assist was a highlight. they provided early check-in and were generally helpful, but the elevator situation was frustrating with long waits during peak times.

This place was just a fitting option for a brief hiatus in New York with very good value for money. The staff did a lovely gesture by decorating our room with balloons for my birthday when they found out. Make sure to check the time for breakfast to avoid the rush.

Felt like treated like royalty, no reason to complain.

We enjoyed skating at Rockefeller Center and catching sports on the hotel's many TVs. The breakfast was plentiful and enjoyed by all. The location was perfect for exploring. Just be prepared for busy mornings as things can get a little hectic.

One thing that was a bit frustrating was the noisy AC in our room. It made it tough to sleep at times, but overall, we made the best of it and had a great time.
