I had the best experience at this place! The staff here is so friendly and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The facilities are really well-maintained, which made me feel safe and comfortable. The room was absolutely spotless and the beds were incredibly soft and comfortable. And let me tell you about the view - it was breathtaking! I got to wake up to the most amazing sunrise right from my bed.

My family and I recently stayed at The Westin for a weekend getaway. The front desk staff greeted us with warm smiles, making our check-in process a breeze. Our room was impeccably prepared, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. We were impressed with how quickly our food orders were prepared, although the woman at the bar/restaurant could have been a bit friendlier. The breakfast spread had a great layout and the attending staff was attentive, although a smile would have been appreciated. The highlight of our stay was the indoor pool, which was warm and perfect for my little one. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with HEB, Walmart, and various restaurants within walking distance. we had an awesome experience, thanks to the welcoming attitude of Jason at the front desk.

The hotel even surprised us on our anniversary with a thoughtful gesture, bringing a split of champagne and a slice of cake. The indoor pool was also a great feature, and there are many good restaurants in the area.

The pool and hot tub at the Westin were absolutely amazing. We had a fantastic time relaxing and enjoying the water facilities. The indoor pool and hot tub were also great options when we wanted a change of scenery. The workout room and sauna were a bonus and added to the overall experience. The lobby was stunning and well-maintained, creating a beautiful atmosphere during our stay.

We were a bit disappointed that the outdoor pool wasn't heated, as we forgot to inquire about it. Additionally, the door to the outdoor deck was propped open whenever the pool was open, allowing cold air to come in next to the indoor hot tub.

The hotel is a great place for families. The staff is friendly and hospitable, the amenities are fantastic, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is convenient and a good value for money. I especially loved that the hotel is pet-friendly, and the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub are awesome.

Enjoyed my stay at a comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The shuttle service was prompt and the rooms were well decorated and quiet. I particularly enjoyed the plush and comfortable beds, and the room service was excellent with prompt breakfast and coffee. There were also added touches with complimentary amenities that made my stay even better.

My experience was negatively impacted by unsupervised children in the neighbouring room who were jumping, screaming, giggling, and laughing until past midnight. As my son and I were on a city trip, we were exhausted and needed quality rest.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The value for our money was great, especially with the spacious and elegant room we had. The staff treated us like VIPs, from the warm greeting at check-in to the helpfulness of James who made sure our rooms were close together.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was a clearer communication about whether it was included or not. It was a bit disappointing to be initially told it was included, only to find out later that there was a charge.

The waterfall outside was enjoyable. Bolo's food was great. The upper floor had a relaxing view. The pool area was nicely decorated with flowers. The tree in the pool area was beautiful.
