Stayed at a hotel in Palm Desert and had a great experience at Holiday Inn Express. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the housekeeper who went above and beyond with a quick room cleaning. Everything was clean and well-maintained, except for a minor issue with the Keurig machine. Despite this, I highly recommend staying here for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
