I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Pittston. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Celeste who went out of her way to get me a glass of milk even though everything was closed. The location was convenient, right next to Walmart. I was impressed with the vegan options available at breakfast, including vegan omelets. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with amazing pillows and a cozy comforter. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities.

We had a good stay at Holiday Inn Express near Scranton Airport. The front desk staff was extremely helpful when our reservation wasn't initially found. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and ensure we had a room. The breakfast provided was plentiful and offered a variety of options. we would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The hotel location is great, right next to a Walmart which made it easy for us to pick up any last-minute items we needed. the front desk staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. the breakfast offered vegan options, which was a pleasant surprise and showed thoughtfulness on the part of the hotel.

Our room was not up to par. the furniture was chipped and the bed was uncomfortable, with a lumpy and concave mattress.
