The value for our money was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the local area, offering suggestions for places to eat and shop. Secondly, the hotel was exceptionally clean, which was especially important during these times of heightened cleanliness concerns. Finally, the location of the hotel was just fine, with easy access to major roads and a short distance to nearby restaurants.

My experience at this hotel was satisfactory.

Fantastic welcome and information from staff on duty. The room had everything we needed. The airport shuttle was very welcome. We had an early flight from Boston and took the shuttle from the hotel to the airport.

We encountered a small issue with the front desk receptionist at check-out. Despite our request for a bag of breakfast, they did not inform us that it was available.

As youngsters, we loved the helpful and patient staff, the complimentary supplies, and the convenient shuttle service. The large breakfast buffet, especially the pancake machine, seemed perfect for kids. Despite some complaints about noise, we found it to be typical city sounds and earplugs were available. the hotel served its purpose during our stay in Boston.

Even though the hotel was not within walking distance of many attractions, there was a drug store nearby for any essential needs. There were some issues with billing and customer service. One guest had a mistaken credit card charge and found it difficult to resolve with the hotel.
