I would ask for a better vacation experience for senior people if the children of the staff could provide more assistance with luggage, especially during arrival and departure.

The view of the ocean was breathtaking and added to the festive Christmas atmosphere. the shower had plenty of hot water, which was perfect for warming up after a chilly day at the beach. the beds were comfortable enough and having a fridge and microwave in the room was convenient for storing and heating up leftovers from holiday meals.

The parking attendant when leaving was extremely rude! Effective communication goes a long way, and she definitely lacked that.
