Easy access from highway, Holiday Inn Express had a nice pool area to relax after sightseeing. The breakfast was amazing with a comfortable temperature. Although there was an infestation of spider in our room, the cleaning staff were nice. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was awesome with a variety of options, including veggie omelets, scrambled eggs, cinnamon rolls, biscuits and gravy, fruit. The rooms were clean and had a microwave and refrigerator. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature. The hotel had a nice TV with plenty of channels to choose from.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Sault Ste. Marie for a week-long vacation. The room was impeccably clean, and the breakfast options were excellent, including delicious veggie omelets. The staff was always pleasant and efficient, making our stay more enjoyable. The hotel's lobby was exceptional, with a library and seating area perfect for relaxing and watching a football game while my bride read. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city and the highway for our arrival and departure. The ample bathroom vanity was a nice bonus.

This hotel is great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. It's conveniently located right off the highway, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but close to all the attractions Sault St Marie has to offer. The staff is attentive and always ready to help, and the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with basic amenities such as a king bed and nice bathroom. The delicious warm breakfast with a reasonable spread and a view is a definite plus.

Christmas stay at this hotel was just okay. the two things we appreciated were the complimentary coffee and the warm greetings from the staff. the location was convenient and close to restaurants and tourist spots. the best thing was the view outside from our room.

The room was not as clean as we expected and the linens looked old and worn out. the room smelled musty and there was a lot of noise coming from the hallway.

The room was very pleasant with a fresh scent and comfortable bed. The bathroom was sparkling clean with ample towels. The limited access and selection of vending machines on a few floors might pose a bit of an inconvenience for guests.
