My stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Bend was fantastic. the friendly staff, complimentary breakfast, and pet-friendly policy made my trip enjoyable. the spacious and clean room, accommodating front desk, and convenient location near eateries and stores were definite highlights. the all-day coffee availability and variety of toppings were a nice touch. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay.

The towels were scratchy, feeling more like sandpaper, which was quite uncomfortable. Some miscommunication happened regarding extra amenities like a rollaway bed, causing confusion and inconvenience.
