the stay started off bad with no hot water one evening, and the staff just brushed it off, great staff, but I woudl ve appreciated a complimentary gesture to make up for it.

While the location is great, our experience was marred by frustrating incidents. The hotel staff's insistence on a 20 euro deposit for an umbrella during heavy rain was baffling, especially since they wouldn't accept a dollar equivalent. Moreover, the ensuing ATM debacle resulted in an unexpected withdrawal of 400 euros, alongside hefty transaction fees, which was incredibly distressing. It seemed unreasonable for a hotel to impose such a deposit policy, and the lack of flexibility only added to the annoyance.

The staff truly went above and beyond, arranging transportation and even a breakfast box for an early departure. The location was perfect, close to attractions and very central.

Some rooms are quite noisy due to nearby theaters, which can disturb light sleepers. There were also reports of inconsistent air conditioning and small elevators, making for a less comfortable experience.

Just a reliable pick for a quick stopover in Lisbon with definitely value for money. The breakfast was impressive, particularly the fresh pastries that were a great start to my mornings. Consider bringing your own kettle if you enjoy a warm drink during your stay.

The hotel had a fantastic vibe! We loved our visit to the Fado Museum nearby, which enhanced our appreciation for Portugal's unique culture. The breakfast was a hit with my family, featuring fresh fruits and pastries every morning. Staying here with my two adult kids was wonderful.

My wife says that more pool bar staff would help families.

All good, fulfills its purpose. Breakfast features delicious homemade Pastela de nata.

We stayed for 3 nights and loved how close it was to the metro and Old Town. The bar area was super cozy to unwind in after a long day of sightseeing. Breakfast had good choices, but toasting bread was a hassle with how slow it took. Our room was nice and quiet, perfect for some good sleep!
