Great value for money in a central location, with a fantastic breakfast offered. The omelets were a standout, and the staff was attentive and accommodating. Despite a minor issue with the curtains, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. They were very accommodating, with Ali even calling in advance to confirm our room reservations. the beds in the rooms were comfortable and the entire place was clean. the breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options including made, to, order omelets and waffles. the gluten, free options were impressive, with the staff even making me a special omelet and toasting a gluten, free bagel for me. the staff and amenities made our stay enjoyable.

One minor issue was that the heater in our room wasn't working. However, the well, insulated room was still comfortable without the additional heat.

During our stay, there was a smoke smell outside of our room, which was quite unpleasant. However, we believe that this was an isolated incident and not something that occurs regularly or is under the control of the management.

The breakfast was the best we had during our 12-day cross country trek. The omelets were made by staff upon request, and the scrambled eggs and potatoes were tastier than the average fare. The hotel facilities were clean, inviting, and friendly. The bed was comfortable, and my daughter slept better here than she does at home. The staff immediately accommodated our request for a bathtub for my 3-year-old. The breakfast had a huge selection and was tasty. We also loved the view from our room, which faced a field or preserved area with wild birds in the marsh. Stacey, one of the staff members, was exceptional and took the time to converse with customers. The overall atmosphere had a beautiful lodge feel to it.

During our stay, we were impressed with how easy it was to access a variety of attractions in the Black Hills area of South Dakota. We also enjoyed having several top-rated restaurants nearby, and the discounts offered to hotel guests were a great bonus. Our room was spotless, and the staff provided excellent service, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The daily breakfast, particularly the made-to-order omelettes, was a highlight of our stay.
