Wonderful breakfast experience with personalized attention.

While the stay was comfortable, I felt a bit let down by the lack of made-to-order options during breakfast. Although the staff were friendly, I was hoping for a little more variety. The phone service was spotty near the hotel, which made checking in a bit stressful.

Had a fantastic time with friends at this hotel. The indoor pool and hot tub were great after a day of exploring. We visited Badlands National Park and Mount Rushmore, and it was a perfect base. The breakfast was top-notch and the staff was super friendly, especially during the morning rush. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you want a nice place to unwind.

One downside was the early breakfast. We had to leave before the usual start time, and it wasn’t clear if something could be arranged earlier like other guests mentioned. Would have loved a little more communication on that.

Can just recommend for a city escape

Clean rooms, friendly staff, with an amazing indoor pool that provided a relaxing break after long days exploring nearby attractions like the breathtaking Badlands National Park.

We stayed here with our family, including our grandchild, and really enjoyed the impressive mounts in the lobby, especially the huge elk upstairs. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome, and I loved the book gift for our grandsons at checkout.

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast could be improved, offering more made-to-order options for kids.

The facility was impressively clean. I loved the laundry area with free soap. The cozy fireplace corner in the lobby was perfect for chilling out.

Felt like a true getaway, no complaints at all.

this hotel is super comfy and clean. the staff is rly friendly, like they genuinely care. breakfast is amazin with homemade omelettes and a ton of options, can’t go away hungry. there’s a nice lobby area for kids with games and stuff, which is cool. we even saw deer outside our room which was a nice touch!

the phone service in the area was kinda spotty, so it was hard to check in. also, the pool area could use some more seating for larger groups.
