The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. the room itself was fantastic - spacious, clean, and well-maintained. the bed was comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. the bathroom looked brand new and spotless. Another great perk was the delicious breakfast that was provided. It had a good variety of options and was a great way to start the day.

Additionally, the hotel charged extra for parking, which was a bit of a disappointment. it would have been even better if parking was included in the price of the stay.

I had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express! The staff were super helpful and provided me with great local tips and suggestions. They even handed out New Year party favors on December 31st. The location was perfect for me, as it was near the Yum Center where I wanted to go. The breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold food, and I loved the flavored creamers. We stayed in the heart of the city, in a place super close to several museums and within walking distance of so many downtown sites. The staff was courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean and well-designed. The in-room Keurig was a nice touch, and the towels and washcloths were plentiful. The window blinds blocked out almost all the light, ensuring a great night's sleep.
