Everything was fantastic.

The pool area was fantastic, with a huge pool and heated whirlpool. the outdoor furniture was amazing and there were plenty of loungers to relax on. the location was also perfect, allowing us to walk everywhere easily. And the views from the higher level rooms were absolutely spectacular!

There were a few disappointing things during our stay. the valet parking was overcharged at $40 when it was supposed to be $15 according to their website.

I had a phenomenal stay at the hotel with its central location close to everything in the city. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and Oliver in particular was a godsend, always willing to assist with his kind and knowledgeable nature. The hotel facilities were beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. The rooms were large and comfy, with a nice size and a waterfall shower in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep every night. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe both in the hotel and the neighborhood. The hotel is near many good restaurants, making it convenient for dining options.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in Panama. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. One particular incident stood out to us. When we arrived at 6pm, there was a small mix-up with our reservation, but the friendly and helpful staff quickly resolved the issue and even offered us complimentary food as a gesture of goodwill.

We got great value for our money at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The location was convenient with good restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home.

Food for breakfast could have been better.

The hotel is well located in a business area, with many touristic places within walking distance such as Cinta Costera and Casco Antiguo. The staff provided exceptional service, making us feel right at home. The room was beautiful and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and we were pleasantly surprised to receive a discounted rate at the buffet. The pool was warm and relaxing, and the gym was well equipped.

The concierge was slow to respond, requiring us to meet in person for any assistance.

I felt like a queen at the Peacock Alley, sipping cocktails and enjoying the sophisticated ambiance. The ginger sushi at Ginger Sushi Bar was absolutely divine. And BRIO Brasserie offered a dining experience fit for royalty.

We recommend requesting a room with a sea view, though the view may be partially obstructed by nearby buildings. the food at the restaurant was delicious, albeit slightly expensive, but the breakfast buffet offered great value for money with a wide selection of delicious dishes. the hotel was impeccably clean, although we did notice a few crumbs in the restaurant area.

I particularly enjoyed the beautiful interior and the comfortable beds. Additionally, the location was ideal, with several good restaurants nearby and attractions within a short distance.

There were a few issues that affected my stay. During check, in, it took quite a long time as there was only one person handling the process.
