the breakfast buffet was absolutely tragic, a complete waste of money, and the room was filthy, with a moldy shower curtain to match. i'm not asking for much, just some basic decency! i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The inconsistent pet policy led to confusion during my stay!!! The absence of an elevator to the parking garage is quite inconvenient for lugging bags!!! And let's not even get started on the needlessly high $50 fee for early check-in!!!

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the free airport shuttle made transfers effortless and I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool area for relaxation after a day of exploring nearby attractions.

i was absolutely livid when i found the shower clogged and the staff failed to fix it. how hard is that? also, i thought i’d get a late check-out, being such a special guest. the smelly hallway made me feel like i was in a dumpster, not a hotel. i mean, really, how does this place even function?

The outdoor pool area was a fantastic spot to relax and unwind after a long day, offering a nice atmosphere.

The room I was assigned had a strong musty smell and there was water on the floor next to the bed, which made the stay uncomfortable.

Had a nice time there, check-in was a bit slow but staff was friendly, especially when I needed a crib, they brought it right away, and the room was spacious enough for all my gear. Also enjoyed the outdoor pool after a long day. really helped me unwind and took some weight off my shoulders.

It wasn’t exactly cheap , but for the convenience and what you get, I’d say it was still acceptable.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially with the comfy 2 queen beds and the convenience of the accessible features. The outdoor swimming pool and relaxing sun terrace were perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Just a heads up, the morning staff could use a little more friendliness, but it didn't ruin my experience. 😄

Super clean rooms and a cool rooftop pool to chill out. The staff was helpful when I asked for late check-out. Enjoyed grabbing a bite at the restaurant. It was pretty good, but they could improve on the breakfast options a bit. not super close to shopping, so plan ahead!

the location was perfect, just a quick ride to the beach,, and the free parking was a big plus. the staff really went above and beyond to help us with our shuttle arrangements, making the whole experience easier!

The dining options need improvement. breakfast was not worth the cost. The shuttle service could be more prompt. we had to wait longer than expected.
