the staff worked hard to make things right. The room was clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the comfy beds. Breakfast was decent, though I wish there were more items available during busy times. Always nice to find fresh cookies in the lobby!

I stayed for 1 night in a king room. The front desk staff were nice and recommended a nearby dinner spot. The room was spacious, featuring a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge. Breakfast was standard but well stocked. It felt like a safe neighborhood.

The staff at check-in was very unhelpful and seemed unaware of their duties. I had to wait an unusually long time to receive any assistance, and when I asked about my room assignment, the response felt dismissive. Additionally, the noise from other guests in nearby rooms was unbearable, and despite calling the front desk about it, no actions were taken to remedy the situation.

Gotta say, the staff were pretty friendly and helpful,, made me feel welcome right from the get-go. Plus, the room was clean,, which is what I needed after a long day.

But honestly, it wasn’t exactly cheap, if you know what I mean, for what I got.

the check-in staff really need to work on their customer service skills, not very accommodating at all. also, I had the pleasure of enduring a heater that turned my room into a sauna, truly an experience. I might have given a good review, but I expected real treatment, like maybe a room upgrade for my troubles. absoluteley dissapointing.

Lobby walls in disrepair, scuffed walls in hallways, sticky carpet in spots, built-up dust in corner doorways, unpleasant odor in the room, muddy areas outside with weeds!!!

I appreciated the chance to enjoy the free breakfast. The cinnamon rolls were welcoming. I chose this place for a family function, but the condition was disappointing. The walls had visible wear, and there was dust in the corners. The room also had an odor that affected my stay. I have traveled often with my partner, so I can compare my experience. I hope this gets better.

I loved how I could get an early check-in, and the hot shower pressure was such a nice surprise! The pool area was great for relaxing, and the breakfast setup was open and comfy. Only downside was that breakfast items weren't refilled super quickly, but overall, it was a pleasant stay! 😊
