The room was clean and comfortable, which was perfect for a good night's rest. Despite some minor issues with the front desk staff, the overall experience was satisfactory. I appreciated the convenience of being close to the airport and the quiet surroundings of the hotel.

We recently stayed at a very modern and conveniently located hotel less than 2 mi. from the airport. Our spacious room impressed us with its well-thought-out touches, including ample lighting, a bench area for opening suitcases, a large bathroom vanity with plenty of space for toiletries, pump bottles in the shower with body wash. the hotel's cleanliness was exceptional, with every area spotless. We also enjoyed a delicious hot breakfast with plenty of choices in a spacious eating area. the best part? the room rate was excellent, making it a great value for our stay. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our family and friends who are traveling to the area.

the Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Grand Rapids Airport - South, An Ihg Hotel, was sparkling clean, which was the thing I liked the most about it. the housekeeping staff did an excellent job! the room was very nice, with modern touches like a touch lamp on the desk and a lighted mirror in the bathroom. the staff at check-in and checkout were great, and they immediately resolved an issue with my key card. the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom had abundant towels and a roomy walk-in shower. I was impressed with the cleanliness and the comfortable amenities of this hotel.

The new building had amazing amenities like a walk-in shower, castable TV, and plenty of room for two bags on the counter. I loved the clean entrance with the tile floor, it made for a cleaner entry while the main room had soft carpet flooring. The location was perfect for me, easy access to 28th street and visiting family. The breakfast was good and had a nice set-up. The room was clean and mostly quiet. a great stay with convenient facilities.
