Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The breakfast options were great, with freshly cooked hot meals. The rooms were very clean and modern, including USB ports, charging station, and adjustable shower. Staff was friendly and accommodating. a comfortable and efficient stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express in Moses Lake. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the shower was excellent with adjustable settings and plenty of shelves. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout my stay, and I appreciated the USB ports and hooks for convenience. Despite a few minor suggestions, like having a magnifying mirror and better coffee, I had a comfortable and efficient stay.

One downside was the slippery shower floor, which could have been made safer with a shower mat. Additionally, the bed was quite high off the floor, making it difficult for shorter individuals to get into.

Everything was fantastic.

The pool looked inviting, but unfortunately it was covered in algae and I couldn't swim. The wardrobe in my room was too small for my aunt's garment bag.

The hotel looked quite modern and fresh. the outdoor pool was great for a sunny day! the breakfast was yummy and had some hot options to choose from. the staff members were helpful and kind.

There were some areas of disappointment that affected our stay negatively. the room was not as clean as it should have been.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, no waiting around. the staff at the front desk were friendly and professional. the room was cozy and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet considering its proximity to the freeway. Slept like a baby and enjoyed my stay. Will definitely consider staying here again on future visits to the city.

One night there was a family with noisy kids staying in the room above me. Despite calling the night manager multiple times, there was no response or resolution to the issue.
