I did encounter a couple of issues during my stay. there seemed to be a shortage of staff, as my room was not cleaned on two of the days I was there.

I gotta say, we got some serious bang for our buck at this place! The room was super clean, with a comfy bed and a big ol' TV to keep us entertained. Plus, the location was perfect with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. But the real cherry on top was the staff. Shout out to Matt and Brad at the front desk for being so helpful and kind, especially when the elevator went out and my mom needed a hand. They really went above and beyond.

Now, when it comes to breakfast items, it would've been nice to have a bit more variety. So, no biggie. a minor hiccup in an otherwise fantastic stay.

The heat didn't work in our room and we had to rent another room in the middle of the night. the front desk operation was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful.

Location-wise, the hotel was conveniently situated near several businesses, making it easy to find places to eat and shop. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable space to relax after a long day of exploring the area.

The mattress was uncomfortable and caused a poor night's sleep. Additionally, the quilt-like thing on the bed made a crinkling noise that was quite bothersome.
