Location is perfect for theme parks and near restaurants. Had issues with noise from adjacent rooms at night.

Awesome spot! 2 min walk to the I-Ride Trolley. Clean room, lots of space, nice views of Mako coaster and fireworks. Breakfast was decent, though the pancake machine was down. Tons of restaurants and a CVS nearby. Fitness center and good service, but had some hiccups at check-in with our room. Still, super clean overall!

The hotel's prime spot near SeaWorld, just a short stroll from the I-Ride Trolley stop which conveniently connects you to all the major attractions on International Drive, made our weekend explorations incredibly enjoyable, as we easily visited nearby parks like Discovery Cove and enjoyed meals at a variety of restaurants like TGI Fridays and local eateries within walking distance; the complementary breakfast and spacious rooms with soft comfy beds were a welcome bonus for our long stay, but the parking situation could use some improvement since we sometimes had to park farther away from the entrance.

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites offers a prime location with easy access to restaurants and attractions. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff was notably friendly. the rooms felt dated, and some amenities, like breakfast, could benefit from improvement to match expectations.

The property was a great value, with a pool that warms up quickly and a bar in a nearby hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. The location was excellent, making it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants.

Some cleanliness issues were noted, such as stains on covers and towels. Additionally, there were occasional problems with hot water and a lingering sewer-like smell in the bathroom.

Our trip was lit, we hit up SeaWorld and saw the wildest killer whale show ever - it took our breath away! Then we flexed at the coolest pool party, making waves like pros. The vibe was so on point, making memories for a lifetime!

More late-night events for us night owls would've been epic.

I loved wasting hours waiting for the shuttle in the wrong spot. So entertaining!

The room was beyond clean with a separate bedroom for the kids. The breakfast included was yummy. LOVED it! Would definitely stay here again. The swimming pool is even better in person!

The room was impressively clean and well appointed. The bedding was superb; my wife and I slept really well. We were on the 4th floor, which made me uneasy about the elevators, but they were fast and smooth. The location was great, with roller coasters visible from our window. the shower curtain had a lingering odor that was resolved quickly by staff. The mini-fridge wasn’t cooling at first, and trash wasn’t taken out daily. The breakfast options were somewhat limited and could use improvement. The lobby had an unpleasant burnt gas smell too.

Every corner sparkled in this place! The staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs, even whipping up a special breakfast for my husband's gluten allergy. Plus, the heated pool was the perfect spot to relax after a long day of cheer competition!

I also appreciated the convenient location, with a view of roller coasters right from my window. there were a few aspects that could use some improvement. For starters, the room was a bit loud, with random clicking noises and a noisy AC unit that disturbed my peace throughout the night. The bathroom sink had a lingering smell of mildew every time it was turned on, which was quite unpleasant. the breakfast experience was underwhelming. The food was lukewarm, tasteless, and poorly cooked. The waffle maker was broken, further limiting breakfast options. the customer service left something to be desired. The front desk staff seemed uninformed and not very observant. One incident involved misinformation about the hotel shuttle to nearby attractions, leading to wasted time and frustration. The check-in process was also marred by an unhelpful employee who had a dismissive attitude and initially tried to charge me for parking without clear communication.
