Rooms are spacious and clean with great views of the Riverwalk. Staff is super friendly. Lots of attractions within walking distance, plus a shuttle that goes 2 miles. Fitness center is a plus. Amenities include a microwave, fridge, and flat-screen TV. No free breakfast and parking is extra, though.

The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding that ensured a good night's rest. wall thickness provided little sound insulation; noise from nearby corridors could be disruptive. The fridge and microwave added convenience. The bathroom was a bit dated, cramped, and not as shown in the photos, making it awkward to use due to door placement. Shower controls required some adjusting, and the floor felt damp at times. A highlight was the view from the room, along with the easy access to downtown and the shuttle service. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

The air conditioning was noisy, making it hard to sleep, and the lack of hot water was frustrating. Dusty rooms triggered my husband's allergies, and dining options nearby felt too upscale for families. customer service was attentive, helping with reservations and package deliveries, but the overall experience was overshadowed by maintenance issues.

The Barrymore Hotel's prime location near Riverwalk is superb for exploring the area. The dedicated and friendly staff made our experience enjoyable, especially the shuttle service that efficiently connected us to key attractions. A standout aspect was the welcoming customer service from Laquisha, who was genuinely attentive.

I absolutely loved how this place was right next to the beautiful Riverwalk, making it super easy to wander and soak in the sights, with highlights like Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park just a short 10-minute stroll away, and attractions like the Florida Aquarium only about 2 km away; the beds were comfy and the staff were super friendly, making me feel right at home! However, the hotel itself could use some renovations to enhance the overall experience.

The hotel had plenty of parking and luggage carts available upon arrival, making check, in straightforward. The spacious room we chose had a comfortable bed with quality linens, and the bathroom was well stocked with toiletries. The staff was polite and the hotel was impeccably clean. Breakfast at the on, site restaurant offered high, quality food, and the location was excellent with a free shuttle service around downtown, providing great value for the area.

The lower floors can be noisy due to college dorms, and the elevators were a bit shaky. Some rooms had cleanliness issues, with signs of possible bed bug debris or smoking.

Rooms were spacious and clean, bathroom was modern, and parking was ample and easy. The pool was a great place to chill and the riverwalk was perfect for evening strolls. It would have been awesome if the restaurant and lounge were open for a proper breakfast. 🏊‍♀️ All in all, a solid stay with just a small bummer that breakfast wasn't available on-site.
