Absoluteley appalled by the shabby state of my room—walls marked, scratches everywhere, it felt like no one cared. A midnight room service mix-up was just the cherry on top. I expeced some sort of complimentary gesture for all this, but nada. I almost wrote a glowing review—just couldn’t bring myself to do it, I’m sorry.

Stunning rooftop views to enjoy during your stay.

My experience at The Londoner Hotel was far from ideal. Upon arrival, I was disheartened to find that the check-in process was delayed, and I had to wait two hours for my room to be ready, which felt extremely frustrating after a long journey. Additionally, the communication regarding my reserved amenities was confusing. the staff didn't seem informed about my requests, which took away from the special occasion I was celebrating.
