The staff were very welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home during our Christmas stay. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a cozy holiday. One of the best aspects was the amazing food and drink selection available 24/7, even in the early hours of the morning. It was a relief to know that we could satisfy our cravings no matter the time.

While our overall experience was great, there were a couple of downsides worth mentioning. Firstly, the bedroom was a bit on the small side for two people, which made it a bit cramped at times.

One of the best aspects was being able to order room service and other amenities easily through the television screen. the location of the hotel was also a key advantage, with easy access to attractions and the lively atmosphere of the area.

The check-in process was slow and we had to wait in a long line. There were some issues with the service, such as empty toiletries and difficulties in getting additional items.
