The room was surprisingly spacious, especially for downtown Chicago. The bathroom was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on clouds, and the wifi had great strength. The lobby and hallways were also very attractive, adding to the overall experience. The hotel is conveniently located just a street away from Millennium Park, making it an excellent choice for exploring the area.

The location of this hotel was perfect for my trip. I could walk to many tourist places like the Art Institute, The Bean, and the Skydeck. Michigan Avenue, Millennium park, the art museum, and the theater were all within walking distance as well. The hotel facilities were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect, with just a short walk to the Millennium Park and a train stop right beside the venue—making it super convenient to get around. Apart from the location, the service provided was exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the housekeeping was impeccable. The room amenities provided were ideal for our stay, including the complimentary Wi-Fi and free toiletries. Plus, the restaurant and bar area had a great vibe, and the leisure facilities such as swimming pool and TV room were perfect to relax in after a long day.

the room was amazing, had a separate couch area, and a convenient location near attractions and restaurants. the staff was absolutely amazing and very helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The room was pleasant and attractive, with modern décor that we loved. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The hotel's location was excellent, as it was near the Art Museum and other downtown attractions. We also appreciated the fact that there were many restaurants within walking distance. Despite being on a street with an El line, the noise from the trains was not a problem for us, even though our room faced the street. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and proximity to popular restaurants and retail stores made our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was great in the dining area, and we were particularly impressed with the quality of drinks and food offered during the Happy Hour in the bar area.

In addition to the convenient location, the hotel is also quiet and peaceful, making it a relaxing oasis. The cocktail lounge is a highlight, with talented bartenders crafting delicious cocktails. The chef was accommodating and adjusted dishes for allergies and picky eaters. Special shoutouts to Beverly at the front desk, who was amazing, and the helpful doormen Enrique and Greg. We will definitely be staying here on future visits!

We had an amazing stay at this place! The location couldn't be better - within walking distance to all the major sights. It was perfect being close to the action without being in the thick of tourist-mania. The room was even prettier in person than the pictures online. The decor was elegant and luxurious, and the 12 foot ceiling made it feel incredibly spacious. The staff, particularly the doorman, were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. We felt so taken care of during our time here.

Loved the friendly staff and their excellent service! They were always smiling and provided helpful information. the hotel's central location was perfect - within a short car ride or walking distance to most attractions. It was great having Target, Walgreens, Burlington, and T.J Maxx nearby for any shopping needs. Plus, "THE BEAN" was just a couple of blocks away! the in-house restaurant was fantastic, but there were also plenty of other great food options in the area.

The elevator was a bit small, so I preferred taking the stairs. it would have been nice if the pretty staircase went all the way up instead of just to the second floor.
