As longer term business travelers, we were impressed with the amenities at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Rapid City. The pool area with the water contraption was a hit with our 5-year-old daughter, and the breakfast selection was amazing. The staff was friendly and the check-in process was the quickest we've ever experienced. we had a great stay and would definitely book again.

The rooms at this hotel were spacious and the linens were of high quality. the hotel served a continental and hot breakfast every morning, which was a great convenience. the hotel's location was also a major advantage as it was situated near a large parking lot and shared facilities with other establishments, including a restaurant with happy hour specials.

The staff at the hotel were not as friendly as expected. There was some confusion regarding check-out time, and they initially claimed to be fully booked when we requested to stay for additional nights.

This hotel is a true gem! The value for money is amazing. It's located just off I90 making it very easy to access, and there are plenty of food options around. The staff is incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant stay. Rooms are well designed with modern amenities, and the widescreen television on the upper floors is a great touch. The complimentary breakfast had such a wide variety of hot items and the quality was unbeatable. I also appreciate the fridges in the rooms.

My recent stay in this hotel located in a strategic area was absolutely delightful. Accessible to a number of restaurants and in perfect driving distance from all the attractions, the location can’t be beat. Rooms are well equipped and immaculate, with a tasteful décor and comfortable beds. The front desk staff team is friendly and welcoming, always eager to accommodate. I enjoyed the breakfast area, which was large with a great selection. The exercise room and the hot tub were a plus.

The internet Wi-Fi connection needed some improvements.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Rapid City. the hotel had excellent value for money, especially considering its location just off I90. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great service and providing valuable directions. Lastly, the continental breakfast exceeded my expectations with its wide variety of delicious options, including egg/cheese omelets, bacon, biscuits & gravy, and more. It was truly a great start to the day. Additionally, the rooms were nicely decorated and had basic amenities like a widescreen television and a fridge.

Everything was satisfactory and I had a pleasant experience.

Fun Splash Area and Friendly Staff

We were delighted to find a fun splash area at the Holiday Inn Express. Our kids had a blast playing in the water. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, conveniently located just off the I-90. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and comfortable rooms. The large eating area was a pleasant surprise, offering a wide variety of breakfast options that exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and the location was perfect, being close to restaurants and shopping, as well as being in the center of the attractions we wanted to visit.

Room was spacious and modern, with a comfortable bed. Convenient location for sightseeing. Breakfast had delicious warm cinnamon rolls. a great stay - would recommend. We arrived early, but the staff was accommodating and allowed us to check into our room early. The room was clean and chic, and the bed was very comfortable. Were able to easily visit Sturges, Deadwood, Devil's Tower and Mount Rushmore. Breakfast was delicious with fresh cinnamon rolls. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.
