The staff was exceptionally courteous and always eager to assist, making my stay very enjoyable. the breakfast spread was varied and delicious, exceeding my expectations. However, the constant daily phone calls for feedback and reviews during housekeeping can be a bit overwhelming and can be improved for a more seamless guest experience.

The breakfast at Dar Al Hijra Intercontinental was nice, and I appreciated the available wheelchair service, which was very convenient during my stay. The bell captain was helpful and promptly replaced a faulty wheelchair. The hotel's close proximity to the Prophet's holy temple in Medina made it an ideal location for exploring nearby landmarks such as Jannatul Baqi, Abu Bakar Masjed, and the Green Dome, fostering valuable family bonding experiences. The relaxation facilities like the TV room added to the overall enjoyment of the stay, offering a pleasant retreat after a day of exploring the area's unique attractions.

After a long day exploring historic sites, a much-needed rest awaited at the conveniently located vip apartment-style suites near the Prophet's Mosque. The variety of culinary delights, especially the Cream of Chicken Soup, satisfied both my hungry stomach and tired soul. It was heartwarming to witness the city's renowned hospitality firsthand through the kind gestures of the locals, making my stay truly memorable. Starting the day with Fajr prayer at dawn was a soul-stirring experience that reminded me of the beauty of simplicity — a Londoner's perspective.

Staff were super friendly, room was tidy and comfy, and the hotel's location is top-notch for mosque access and shopping. Enjoyed the tasty room service options and quick check-in. The hotel provided free wheelchairs, but for disabled guests, the short walk to the mosque might be a bit hard if staying for a long time; however, it's still manageable and beneficial for health. All in all, a great spot to stay! 🌟

The hotel was in a great location, very close to the Prophet's holy temple. the rooms and bathrooms were well-equipped and had all the necessary amenities, including a safe and a minibar. the building was always clean and well-maintained.

There were some issues with the service. Despite multiple requests, our room was not cleaned promptly and we had to ask multiple times for basic amenities like water and an adapter.

The staff, especially the Concierge manager Mr Abdul Hamid, were exceptional. the room was good and clean, and the housekeeping guy Shahjahan and Concierge guy Mohi were extremely helpful. the breakfast was awesome, with a wide variety of choices available. the location is close to the Masjid, making it very convenient. Loved the in-room breakfast service and the helpful staff.

The location was convenient, just a short walk to the gates designated for women entry. The hotel was well-maintained and clean, and the bathroom was spacious and tidy. it was a great experience.
